Andrew Claxton, PMP, CSM, currently serves as Manager of Professional Services and Principal Project Manager at NICE CXone, where responsibilities include enhancing customer experiences and managing software delivery for key accounts. Prior to this, Andrew held the role of Senior Project Manager at NICE inContact, overseeing cloud migrations.
