Andrew Hicks

Andrew Hicks, PMP, MBA, serves as the Director of Product Management at NICE CXone since February 2016, where responsibilities include managing digital channels for cloud contact center software and overseeing project integrations. Formerly a Sr. Project Manager at NICE inContact, Andrew led critical corporate development projects, including a significant customer self-service portal. Prior experience includes roles as Sr. Project Manager at Mobile Technologies Inc., where Andrew managed custom product developments, and Technical Project Manager at Sunrise Cyclery. Andrew holds an MBA from the University of Utah and a B.S. in business from Utah State University.
