Andrew Rogers is a seasoned professional dedicated to enhancing customer experience through deep technical expertise in call center technologies, networking, and IT services. They have held significant roles such as Director of Contact Center Technology at Carousel Industries and VP of Cloud Technologies at Mattersight Corporation, where they led efforts to integrate various ACD platforms and certified applications with major telecommunication systems. As Chief Architect of Cloud Services at eLoyalty, they defined architecture for the first Cisco Cloud CCaaS platform in North America, overseeing a large-scale deployment. Their extensive background includes managing Managed Services, Professional Services, and Cloud Services focused on contact centers, along with military experience as a Corporal in the US Army. Currently, they serve as Director of Engineering, Platform Analytics at NICE Ltd.
