Angie Jacobs

Angie Jacobs is an experienced professional in project and program management, currently serving as the Director of Client Services at NICE CXone since July 2019. In this role, Angie oversees a portfolio of accounts, ensuring project success and acting as the primary contact for top clients. Prior to joining NICE, Angie worked at SS&C Technologies from July 2007 to July 2019 as Senior Manager of the Project Management Office, contributing to contemporary healthcare technology and service solutions. Angie's career began at Electronic Data Systems from June 1997 to July 2007, where a progression from Systems Engineer to Delivery Manager provided a comprehensive understanding of technology product implementation. Angie holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Management and Information Systems from Penn State University.
