Anuja Kanhere

Anuja Kanhere currently serves as the India Lead for Internal Communications and Employer Branding at NICE, where responsibilities include creating a strategic communication plan aligned with global HR strategies and approving corporate communications. Previously, Anuja was the Lead for Internal Communications at YASH Technologies, focusing on corporate internal communication activities and innovative campaign development. Anuja's extensive experience includes a role at Persistent Systems as Senior Team Lead for Employer Branding Initiatives, contributing to high-profile projects such as the Smart India Hackathon, as well as positions in internal and external communications. Anuja began a career in web content writing at Buzzle Software Solutions and also gained operational experience as an Assistant Manager at Axis Bank. Anuja holds an MBA in Human Resources Management from the Indian Institute of Cost and Management Studies and Research and a PG Diploma in Human Resource Management from Welingkar Institute of Management.
