Barry Engelbrecht

Barry Engelbrecht is a seasoned professional in information security and IT auditing, currently serving as the Director of Information Security at NiCE since August 2025. Prior to this role, Barry held various senior management positions including SOC Senior Manager at Baker Tilly US, and Senior Manager for IT Attestation and Assurance at Moss Adams and The Cadence Group. Barry's expertise includes managing compliance audits for SOX, SOC Reports, FedRAMP, and ISO standards, with earlier experience as a Manager in IT Attestation at KPMG US and a Senior Business Advisory Services Associate at Grant Thornton. Additionally, Barry founded Barry's Web Services, providing web design and marketing services, and contributed to the Thrive Learning Institute through web design and client engagement. Barry holds a Bachelor's degree in Information Systems from Brigham Young University.
