Brad Totten

Brad Totten is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in project management and consulting, currently serving as a Senior Project Manager at Interactions LLC and NICE Systems, where responsibilities include overseeing implementation projects in the Western Region. Previously, Brad Totten held roles such as VP of Project Management at Balboa Insurance Group, where a significant achievement involved standardizing enterprise contact center platforms, and CEO of the NICE User Group.
