Brian Ho has over 20 years of experience in professional services and project management, currently serving as the Regional Services Director for North Asia and Strategic Accounts at NICE since August 2004. Brian is specialized in cloud-based customer experience, workforce solutions, digital transformation, and partner management, having previously held roles including Regional Services Director for Asia and Director of Services Operations in the APAC region. Prior to joining NICE, Brian worked as a System Analyst at Intergraph and Computer Sciences Corporation, and holds an MSc in Telecommunications and an MPhil in Computer Aided Design from The Hong Kong University of Science and Technology.
