Carlos Ayala

Carlos Ayala is an experienced professional in business consulting and customer success, currently serving as the Director of Business Consulting and Director of Professional Services at NICE since May 2021. Prior to this, Carlos held various leadership roles at MindTouch from January 2016 to May 2021, including Vice President of Services and Director of Professional Services, where a focus on product development and customer engagement was established. Carlos also contributed significantly as Head of Customer Success, creating strategies that aimed to enhance customer adoption and retention. Earlier career experiences include roles in account management and business development at companies such as Naumann Hobbs Material Handling, Iron Mountain, Turbo International, AddVenture Products, and Digital Art Supplies. Carlos holds two Bachelor of Arts degrees from San Diego State University.
