Chandra Singh is an experienced software engineering professional with a focus on quality assurance and testing in the VOIP and CCaaS domains. Beginning a career as a Software Engineer at Huawei in 2011, Chandra transitioned to Radisys Corporation, where roles evolved from Senior Software Engineer to Lead Software Engineer, specializing in software testing and automation in the Media Server Business Unit. Following this, positions included Senior QA for Voice API Testing and Deployment at Plivo, and subsequently managing software QA at LiveVox. Currently, Chandra serves as Group Manager for QA Engineering at NICE. Academic qualifications include a Master of Science in Software Systems from Birla Institute of Technology and Science and a Bachelor of Technology in Information Technology from Dr. A.P.J.
