Chelsea M. is an experienced professional with a diverse background in account management, customer service, and advocacy. Currently serving as a Technical Account Manager at NICE since June 2021, Chelsea has also held the position of Associate Technical Account Manager. Prior experience includes roles at Myriad Genetics as an Authorization Specialist and Patient Advocate, as well as a Copy Editor/Traffic Controller at Nexstar Media Group, Inc. Chelsea began their career in customer service and banking with positions at Dell EMC, eBay, Harmons Grocery, US Bancorp, and Albertsons LLC. An academic foundation in sociology was established with an Associate’s Degree from Salt Lake Community College, completed in 2010.
