Chris Grimshaw is an experienced Solutions Architect with a strong background in enterprise architecture and design. Since January 2021, Chris has been employed at NICE Ltd, serving as both a Solutions Architect and Solution Manager for Enterprise Architecture. Prior to this, Chris gained valuable experience at Verint from November 2018 to January 2021 and held a Solutions Architect position at Dimension Data from April 2007 to November 2018, specializing in technologies such as Genesys, Cisco UCCE, Avaya, and Verint. Earlier in Chris's career, a role as Solution Architect at BT Global Services from August 1999 to April 2007 further solidified the expertise in the field. Chris holds a degree in Computer Science from the University of Gloucestershire, where studies have been ongoing since 1988, following an earlier education at Sandown High School from 1980 to 1986.
