Colin Chapman is a WFM Delivery Solution Architect with extensive experience in workforce management solutions. Previously, they were the only Delivery Solution Architect for NICE Systems in EMEA from 2008 to 2012, where they led technical consultancy and ensured successful WFM implementations. Before that, they served as a WFM Solution Architect at QPC from 2000 to 2008, managing system design and providing 24/7 support for IEX TotalView. Colin is currently pursuing a BSc Hons in Design Engineering at Coventry University.
