Dalya Bell

Dalya Bell is an experienced professional with a strong background in product management and business development. Currently serving as a Portfolio Product Manager at NICE Ltd since August 2021, Dalya is responsible for annual roadmap planning and execution for both cloud and legacy solutions. Prior to this role, Dalya held various positions at Cellcom from January 2011 to August 2021, including Voice Product Manager and Business Development Manager, where responsibilities included market expansion and product life cycle management, as well as Network & Security Product Manager focused on sales goals and vendor partnerships. Dalya also has experience as a Technology Training Manager and Call Center Manager, overseeing project planning, training, and sales teams. An academic background includes a Bachelor’s Degree in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from The Open University of Israel, earned between 2008 and 2017.
