Damon H.

Damon H. is an accomplished information security professional with extensive experience in leading security operations and engineering teams at NICE CXone since December 2020. In the role of Manager Information Security, Damon has successfully driven project completion and coordinated with cross-functional stakeholders for tool integration and automation within cloud systems. Previously, as a Senior Security Analyst, Damon chaired the Vulnerability Remediation and Control Board, significantly enhancing organizational security by addressing pentest findings. Damon also managed Provo City’s information security program, ensuring compliance with industry standards and driving security initiatives. Early career experience at Spring Mobile involved providing tier 3 support, endpoint management, and threat hunting. Damon holds an Associate’s Degree in Computer Information Technology from Mount San Jacinto and has completed training at Cisco Networking Academy.
