Daniel Billauer

Daniel Billauer currently serves as the Sr. Director of the CXone Product Line at NICE Ltd since April 2020. Previously, Daniel held the position of Director of Product Management at Edusoft Ltd. from February 2008 to March 2020, leading a team of five product managers and overseeing the development of English language learning and test preparation products. Daniel expanded product scalability to accommodate over 10,000 concurrent users globally and successfully launched multiple software titles. Prior to that, Daniel served as Director of Product Development at Thinking Craft, Inc., managing a team of 15 and directing online operations. Earlier experiences include roles at SimPlayer Sports, ARMY SERVICE, and Computer Associates, Inc., focusing on project management, marketing development, and technical support. Daniel holds a degree from Bar-Ilan University, completed between 1995 and 1998.
