Dave Pitt is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in operational excellence and management across various industries, including financial services, telecommunications, utilities, and transportation. Currently serving as the Lead Business Consultant at NiCE since October 2025, Dave has previously held multiple roles at LivePerson, including Senior Manager of Operational Excellence and EMEA Operational Excellence Manager, where responsibilities included managing operational excellence support for strategic and enterprise brands. Prior experience also includes positions as Operations Manager and Customer Success Manager at Concentrix and Convergys, respectively. Dave earned a Bachelor's degree in Information and Communication Management from Northumbria University between 2002 and 2005.
