David Lisonbee is a seasoned leader in CCaaS and AI, currently serving as the Director of Professional Services at NICE since April 2022, where they focus on fostering a successful environment for teams and customers alike. With two decades of experience at NICE, they have built a reputation for collaboration and problem-solving. David's leadership journey began with the Boy Scouts of America, where they attained the rank of Eagle Scout, followed by six years of service in the U.S. Army, including a two-year missionary commitment in Argentina. They have also contributed significantly to youth development as a head coach for a local mountain biking group in Southern Utah, where they reside.
