David Motameni

David Motameni is a seasoned legal professional currently serving as Senior Legal Counsel for the APAC region at NICE Ltd since November 2022. Previously, David held the position of Head of ANZ Legal at VMware from October 2015 to January 2023, where responsibilities included providing strategic legal advice across the ANZ business, managing compliance, and handling complex legal matters. Earlier roles include serving as In House Counsel at VCE, Associate Attorney at Fletcher Tilton PC, and various internships in legal departments, where David gained extensive experience in contract negotiation, corporate governance, and regulatory compliance. David holds a JD from Tulane University Law School and a BS in Business Administration from Boston University.
