David Smith

David Smith is a seasoned program and project manager with over two decades of experience in information security and technical support. Currently serving as Lead Program Manager for Information Security at NICE since May 2013, David oversees the implementation of Call Center WFO and WFM projects, including both SaaS and legacy systems. Prior to this role, David was Director of Client Services at Co-nexus, where leadership focused on a CXM Technical Support team. Earlier experience includes serving as Project Manager - Telecom Engineer at Black Box Network Services, managing significant VoIP/PBX installations. David holds a background in technology from Frank H. Peterson Academies of Technology and possesses certifications as a Project Management Professional (PMP) and Scaled Scrum Master (SSM).
