Debbie Draper has extensive experience in service operations and professional services, currently serving as the Vice President of Service Operations & Partner Success at NICE since January 2003. Throughout their tenure at NICE, Debbie Draper has held multiple leadership roles, including Senior Director and Director of Professional Services, as well as positions in project management and customer service. Additionally, Debbie Draper has been the Vice President of Professional Services at inContact since July 2013 and previously worked as an Account Manager at I-Link Communications from September 1997 to December 2002.
