Currently serving as the Director, HRBP CE Americas at NICE since January 2025, Emily has previously held significant positions such as Senior Director of People & Culture at Verse.ai and Interim Head of People at Greenlane Holdings, Inc. Emily's career includes a focus on strategic business partnerships, employee engagement, and HR program implementation. With a strong foundation in HR management from earlier roles at Cintas and Kern Foundation for Medical Care, Emily is adept at designing and rolling out effective HR policies and infrastructures. Emily holds a Bachelor's degree in Criminal Justice and Legal Studies from Chapman University.
