Eric Gantwerk has over 25 years of experience in the Customer Experience field, currently serving as a sales solutions engineer since January 2019. They have held various roles, including Applications Engineer and Senior Education Specialist, where they gained extensive skills in customer engagements, sales presentations, and project management. Eric also has experience in telecommunications administration and has mentored others in sales strategies through Sandler training. Currently, they are pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Communications at the University of North Carolina at Greensboro.
