Eric Haarbauer

Eric Haarbauer is a seasoned professional in the fields of research and engineering, currently serving as the Director of Research at NICE. Previously, Eric held the position of Director of Engineering at NICE Nexidia, focusing on CEA CXone US, and worked as a Technical Architect and Lead Software Engineer at Nexidia. Eric's extensive experience also includes a role as Senior Principal Software Engineer at Applied Systems Intelligence, Inc. and Lead Software Developer for the Advanced Human Resources Project. Eric Haarbauer earned a Ph.D. in Psychology from The University of Georgia and a B.S. in Psychology from the University of Alabama at Birmingham.
