Frank A. Fiorilli is currently the Director of Deal Desk and Pricing at NICE CXone, where they foster a collaborative environment and drive strategic growth in Pricing and Deal Desk operations. They have extensive experience in financial leadership, having previously served as a Senior Finance Leader at Intuit, where they developed strategic plans that significantly boosted division growth. As a President and Owner of Kendall, they streamlined operations to achieve substantial cost savings and increased profitability. Frank holds an MBA in Finance from Fairleigh Dickinson University and a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from Seton Hall University. Notably, they have received the Intuit Finance Recognition of Excellence Award and the NICE CXone President Club Award.
