Franz Camaña

Franz Camaña is a Senior Cloud Network Engineer at NICE inContact, where they currently apply their expertise in cloud networking. Prior to this role, they served as a Network Manager at Star8 Green Technology Corp. and an Affiliate Network Engineer at NTT Global Networks. Franz has extensive experience in managing and troubleshooting network connectivity, having held various positions that required technical oversight and collaboration with multiple service providers. They began their career as a Field Support Officer before progressing to a Network Administrator at Century Asia Corp, where they managed core network operations and supported staff training and performance evaluations.
