Gal Friedman

Gal Friedman currently serves as the Vice President of Global Services at NICE Ltd, overseeing Global Workforce and Customer Experience Services, including delivery, implementation, sales, and customer satisfaction since February 2005. Previously, Gal held various leadership roles within NICE, including Vice President of Americas Services and Vice President of APAC & Middle East Services. Prior to joining NICE, Gal worked at CTI² LTD as a Delivery Leader, contributing to the company's innovations in unified communications from January 2000 until its acquisition by AudioCodes in 2006. Earlier experience includes a security position at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Israel from 1996 to 1999. Gal holds a B.A. in Management and Political Science from The Open University of Israel.
