Garrett Hall is an experienced professional with a diverse background in account management, technical resolution, marketing, and employee management. Currently serving as a Technical Account Manager at NICE CXone since May 2017, Garrett excels in exceeding customer expectations and collaborating with various teams to enhance processes and technology. As the owner of Public Opinions Soundstage, Garrett oversees event management and audio/visual services while implementing marketing strategies. Previous roles include significant positions at Verizon Wireless, where Garrett managed a large portfolio of corporate lines and consistently generated substantial revenue. Garrett's extensive experience also encompasses project management, program direction, and marketing, supported by dual Bachelor’s degrees in Finance and Marketing from the University of Utah.
