Graham Allen is an experienced leader in product management and strategy, specializing in the development and integration of AI technologies in contact center solutions. Currently serving as the Sr. Director of Product Management - AI Strategy at NICE CXone since December 2013, Graham focuses on enhancing customer experiences through AI conversational agents. Previous roles include Sr. Director Product Strategy and Sr. Director Product Management at NICE CXone, and Director of Product Strategy & Management at Convergys, where Graham led the introduction of cloud-based solutions. Additional expertise was gained through positions at Intervoice, Polycom, and Voyant Technologies, as well as serving as an Acquisition Officer in the United States Air Force. Graham holds a BS in Management from the United States Air Force Academy and an MBA in Business Administration from Chapman University.
