Harshad Apshankar

Harshad Apshankar is a seasoned CX Product Engineering Leader and innovator currently serving as the Director of Engineering at NICE. With extensive experience in product development and engineering initiatives, Harshad held various roles at Avaya, including Senior Engineering Manager and Project Manager, leading teams in the creation of contact center products. Earlier in their career, Harshad was a Junior Research Fellow at the University of Pune and a faculty member at both Seed Infotech and Boston's Computer Institute. Harshad earned an M.Sc. in Instrumentation Science and a B.Sc. in Physics, both with first-class distinction from Savitribai Phule Pune University.
