Holly Gallo

Holly Gallo is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in quality management and customer experience. Currently serving as the Director of NICE VRS Consulting at NICE Ltd since November 2017, Holly has successfully led consulting projects that enhance value realization and system adoption for clients. Prior to this role, Holly held various positions at SquareTwo Financial, including Director of Customer Experience, where significant improvements in conversion rates and performance reporting were achieved through effective NICE software implementation.
