Ian Haddon

Ian Haddon is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in operations, strategy, and transformation within the telecommunications and technology sectors. Currently serving as Operations Director for Proactive AI Agents at NICE, Ian previously held the role of Chief Operating Officer at ContactEngine, where efforts focused on leveraging significant investments post-acquisition. Ian has also contributed to British Telecom as Transformation Director, leading initiatives to reform the broadband operating model, and spent over two decades at Sky in various strategic positions, enhancing customer provisioning, operational performance, and project management. Ian holds an MBA from Cranfield School of Management and a BSc in Physiology from The University of Manchester.
