Idan Kaizerman

Idan Kaizerman is an experienced technology leader with a robust background in software engineering and data science. Currently serving as VP Engineering at NiCE since 2024, Idan drives innovation and scale within a large global team of 250 professionals in high-growth SaaS environments. Previously, as VP Data and Engineering at Payoneer from 2021 to 2024, Idan delivered cutting-edge big data infrastructure and solutions while managing a talented team of data specialists. Prior experience at Playtika from 2017 to 2021 as VP Data and AI involved leading R&D on distributed computing platforms and overseeing a team of 150 professionals. Idan's earlier roles include significant positions at Applied Materials where responsibilities ranged from senior software development management to leading machine learning initiatives. Idan holds a Master of Science in Electrical and Computer Engineering and a Bachelor of Science in Biomedical Engineering, both from Ben-Gurion University of the Negev.
