Iram Lewinger

Iram Lewinger serves as the R&D Director at NICE since September 2019, overseeing a team of 50 professionals in the Connectivity domain for key recording products, Engage and CXone. Previously, Iram held the title of R&D Manager at NICE, responsible for a team of approximately 45, where Iram developed a new solution integrating existing CXone Suite infrastructure with third-party telephony vendors for contact centers. Prior experience includes roles such as Senior Group Manager at ARRIS, managing the Ruckus Cloud SaaS offering, and Software Team Manager at Ruckus Wireless, where Iram contributed to the creation of a high-scale subscriber management system. Earlier career experience encompasses software engineering roles at Cisco and Comverse, focusing on fault management components and IT applications. Iram holds a B. Tech degree in Software Engineering and Management from Afeka College.
