James Cravens

Lead Technical Account Manager

James Cravens has extensive experience in technical account management and client services, beginning with positions at Influent as Major Account Executive and Director of Client Services from 2001 to 2006. Following this, James held the title of Sr Client Relations Manager at TPG TeleManagement for a brief period in 2007. A significant tenure at Genesys from November 2013 to October 2022 as Principal Technical Account Manager was complemented by prior roles at Genesys | Echopass, including Customer Engagement Manager from March 2009 to November 2013. Additionally, James worked as a Sr Manager, Licensed Insurance at LiveOps in 2008 and currently serves as Lead Technical Account Manager at NICE CXone since January 2023.
