James Murr has extensive experience in telecommunications and technical support, with a career beginning in the United States Air Force as a Staff Sergeant where responsibilities included managing global communication systems and leading teams to enhance mission success. Murr progressed to Metaswitch Networks, where roles included Regional Southwest Manager, Lead Engineer, and Principal Project Engineer, focusing on project management, customer success, and network transformation. Subsequently, Murr joined Microsoft as a Senior Consultant and Technical Project Manager, leading multimillion-dollar projects. Currently serving as a Technical Account Manager at NICE Ltd., Murr continues to manage client relationships and provide technical guidance, demonstrating a strong track record of improving operational efficiency and customer satisfaction across various organizations.
