Jeff Pierce

Jeff Pierce serves as a Senior Implementation Manager at NICE CXone since May 2021. Previous experience includes roles as a Solutions Architect and Senior Project Manager at InfoTrax Systems, where Jeff worked from 2007 to 2021. Jeff's extensive background in project management began at InfoTrax Systems, and Jeff has held various management positions across different companies, including logistics and call center management at Wayport and IBahn, respectively. Jeff also has a long history with Priority Dispatch as the Director of Support and significant experience with service and regional management at Terratron and Triad. Jeff holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a focus on Business/Management from the University of Phoenix.
