Jeremy Folker

Jeremy Folker is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in training and technical consulting within the communications technology sector. Currently serving as a Senior Education Consultant at NICE CXone since April 2014, Jeremy Folker develops training curriculum for NICE inContact's IVR and ACD software platforms and manages the Certified Implementation Partner Education program globally.
