Jim Cantwell

Director Of Customer Success

Jim Cantwell is an accomplished leader in customer success and technical sales with extensive experience in driving customer adoption and implementing innovative solutions. Currently serving as the Director of Customer Success at NiCE since December 2025, Jim is focused on enhancing customer experiences through AI and automation. Prior to this role, Jim held various senior positions at Hammer, including Vice President of Customer Success and Professional Services, where efforts concentrated on global implementations and customer journey development. Additionally, Jim spent over 15 years at Avaya in multiple leadership roles, including US Sales Engineering Director, and was instrumental in driving strategic initiatives for large technical sales teams and improving organizational structures to benefit enterprise customers. Jim holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from Barry University.
