Joann Panzera

JoAnn Panzera is a seasoned professional in the field of program management and infrastructure engineering, currently serving as a Senior Program Manager at NICE Ltd since June 2022. Previously, JoAnn held several leadership roles at Bank of America from January 2009 to May 2019, including Director of Infrastructure Architecture and Engineering Business Manager, where oversight was provided for a $50 million annual initiative portfolio. JoAnn also directed implementation engineers for the Global Equities Infrastructure Solution Design and managed the Merrill Lynch transition and Bank of America Simplification programs, achieving significant cost savings in end-user technology. JoAnn's career began at Merrill Lynch, where managerial responsibilities included mainframe engineering and support for the Global Wealth Management business technology group. JoAnn holds a Master of Science in Technology Management from Columbia University and a Bachelor of Science in Mathematics and Computer Science from St. John's University.
