Jodi Conrad is an accomplished technology professional with extensive experience in software engineering and development leadership. Currently serving as the Lead Software Engineer at NICE since September 2021, Jodi has also co-owned Air Building Technologies since January 2023. Prior to these roles, Jodi spent a decade at M3, advancing from Software Developer to Assistant Manager of Development, where responsibilities included leading multiple product development teams and actively contributing to coding efforts. Earlier career roles include application development work at UGA Information Technology Outreach Services and assisting in application development as a student assistant. Jodi holds a Master of Internet Technology and a Bachelor of Business Administration in Management Information Systems, both from the University of Georgia's Terry College of Business.
