Joey Rumps has over three decades of experience in the telecommunications industry, currently serving as Technical Support Manager at NICE since April 2012, previously holding the role of Team Lead for Tier 2 Expert Technical Support Engineering. Rumps began a longstanding career in 1990 with Shared Technologies DDS, focusing on Nortel and Avaya systems, including installations, maintenance, and administration of various voicemail systems and large DTI systems. Additional expertise includes leading technical operations for fiber optic switching gear in national broadcasts for the NFL and MLB, as well as extensive fieldwork at Williams Communications and AMC Telecommunications Systems.
