John Doucette

John Doucette is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in business analysis and software development. Currently serving as Sr. Manager of Business Analysts at NICE since January 2008, John has successfully trained and led an international team supporting ten development teams across the United States, India, and the Philippines, managing over 250 projects annually. Prior to this role, John was the Director of Business Analysis at Digital Draw Network from November 2005 to December 2007, where a new software development and communication process was implemented, significantly reducing deployment timelines. John holds a Bachelor of Arts in Business/Marketing from the University of Utah's David Eccles School of Business, completed in 1990.
