John Jennings is an accomplished technology professional with extensive experience in solution engineering, particularly within the NICE organization since 2006. Currently serving as the Director of Solution Engineering, John provides technical leadership and supports account teams in delivering tailored customer demonstrations and proposals. Previous roles at NICE included positions as a Senior Portfolio Solution Engineer and a specialist in the CXone "Tiger Team." John began a career in sales engineering at Verint and M-Systems, and also gained valuable experience at Mercom Systems. John holds a Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering from the State University of New York and completed the Sales Advantage Program through Dale Carnegie Training.
