John Lally

John Lally is a Senior Product Customer Success Manager currently engaged with NICE Public Safety. With over 25 years of technical experience, Lally has held various roles, including Chief Executive Officer at Lally Logistics Inc since 2022 and Director at Verton Enterprises since 2023. Previously, Lally worked as a Principal Technical Account Manager at NICE Ltd and an ASG Engineer at NICE Systems, where expertise in CTI Recording was developed. Lally began their career as a Meridian Switch Engineer at Nortel Networks and has succeeded in deploying systems globally while managing teams for significant installations and support. Lally holds an HND in Software Engineering from St Helens College and A-Levels in Information Technology from St Thomas Becket School.
