John Young

John Young is an accomplished leader in service delivery, service management, and client success, leveraging a multifaceted background in IT, telecommunications, business, the military, and law. They served as Vice President of Solutions Engineering at The Stewart Organization, managing a $55 million annual revenue stream, and currently lecture at The University of Texas at Dallas while managing customer success at NiCE. With extensive experience at notable companies such as Sprint and Automation Anywhere, they have successfully overseen complex projects and driven customer satisfaction. John is also pursuing a Juris Doctor at Saint Louis University School of Law and holds a Master of Science in Computer Systems Technology and a Bachelor of Science in Architecture.
