Jon Anderson

Jon Anderson is currently a Senior Technical Account Manager at NiCE, where they utilize their expertise to enhance client relationships. Previously, Jon held various roles including Operations Manager at Next Environmental and Client Services Manager at Devnext, where they focused on developing and managing projects. Jon has also served as a QA Project Manager and Support Manager at Devnext, ensuring product quality and client support. They began their career in operations at the International Mission Board and UPS, adding valuable dispatch and training experience. Jon earned a Bachelor of Business Administration in Management from Kennesaw State University.
