Jon Dogan is a seasoned technology professional with extensive experience in implementation and engineering, currently serving as the Lead Implementation Engineer at NICE Systems since November 2007. In this role, Jon has been instrumental in delivering resilient multisite solutions for one of the top three global banks, overseeing technology certifications and spearheading the implementation and support of advanced functionalities, including Voice Biometrics and Interaction Analytics. Prior to this, Jon contributed to the E911 project as a Field Engineer, where a sophisticated call recording system was implemented.
