Jonathan Barber is a passionate software engineering professional and leader currently serving as the Director of Research and Development at NICE Ltd. Since 2020, Jonathan has led the development activities for the Nexidia-branded Interaction Analytics Product Suite, overseeing multiple engineering teams across the US, Ukraine, and India. Prior to this role, Jonathan held various positions, including R&D Manager and Lead Performance and Scalability Engineer at Nexidia, and Principal Analyst at Manhattan Associates.
