Jonathan Boullion is an experienced manager in customer success with a proven track record in technical account management. At NICE since December 2020, Jonathan oversees a Technical Account Management team dedicated to delivering exceptional customer service to key clients, while also focusing on team development and mentorship. Prior to joining NICE, Jonathan served as a Technology & Innovations Specialist at On Call International, where responsibilities included enhancing technological capabilities and collaborating between Operations and IT. Jonathan's career began at Sprint, where Jonathan excelled as an Account Manager and Account Services Supervisor, consistently achieving top performance metrics. Jonathan holds a High School Diploma from Collinsville High School, obtained in 1993.
